That Hamburg surrounding countryside is, although not directly in the city center present, coining for the metropolis. The design arranges similar to it the housing estate as public free space, by which the city silhouette can be noticed. Center of the organization is an office tower, which is low-cut of the area and so the entrance to the underground exhibition surfaces made possible. Metaphorically the tower stands for an economy, which is not without purchase for environment, but is firmly embodied in this and enrichment for all made possible.
